AC is open all the time and you can put in AC any time you want, but the grace period begins February 1st and ends on the 5th. This will be your only reminder until we tally up AC! Fair warning that I, Nix, get carried away and will likely start to process AC this evening, if you have comments in and still want to edit them. (If you don't want me to process a comment right away, just mark it incomplete at the bottom until you're done and I'll leave it until the 5th rolls around, because time marches on.)
