FLORA.
Name: Glowing Plant

Description: A strange plant that grows tall, tipped with bio-luminescent bulbs. The body/stem is speckled with multicolored growths of some sort, like buds but not quite. I thought they'd be delicate at first but they're quite difficult to cut into.
Supplemental Data: The bio-luminescent bulbs bloom infrequently, maybe a few times a year and retains its narrow shape. The bud-like growth on the stems are seeds which fall off periodically. Reaches a height of up to two feet.

Habitat: I found them in a dark cave-like area. They're quite numerous.
Supplemental Data: Resides and thrives in dark, damp areas, caves in particular. Sometimes found alongside ponds underneath small spaces of rocks or raised tree roots. These ones can be much smaller in size.

Behavior: I cut one off to see if it glowed in the light, but it soon faded by the time I cut the bulb off. Guess I'll never know.
Supplemental Data: It sheds light in various colors to discourage consumption. While not dangerously poisonous, it may cause stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea depending on how much is consumed.

Uses: Nothing as far as I know. It just shines a little and provides a soft nightlight. Not going to consume any seeing as I know fuck all about it.
Supplemental Data: If ground up and processed correctly, it may be used as a salve for burns.
