William's pretty stoked about the tech to begin with, so this way his involvement will be less contingent on how the info on Kebechet is presented to him.
And yeah, I get that characters would logically be wary of making huge network-wide announcements, and I know it's a tough line to walk. I've just noticed a kind of information bottleneck, especially when it comes to the game's broader, more overarching plot elements. Obviously this issue isn't your responsibility! But I hope you can understand how it can be daunting for newer players to have to wangle their way oocly into a plot without any real ic avenues available. I definitely appreciate your willingness to work with us, but it's still frustrating to basically come into a plot when it's already fully formed.
