The Regency will make an appearance and prove their connections with the house in an effort to do damage control; House Shaiy is their major in with the Great Houses and will take poorly to attempts to sabotage it.
Lady Hthyj, an Aranean who specializes in the trade of information and previously wooed by a COST operative by the name of Hei, spots you and makes no attempt to interfere. If anything, she seems amused.
What methods or manner you choose to go about the destruction of the estate is up to you. You can incite riots, blow it up, or even forgo the physical aspect and keep it strictly reputation; the list goes on and is entirely in your hands.
