Philippe, accustomed to royal audiences and the like, is more than willing to hear out these randos representatives of the people. He listens to their thoughts and arguments in curious silence, rarely speaking up to argue, and at the end, says he'll think carefully on what they've said. He does note, however, that he's curious about why they care so for his vote. He wants no truck with royalists.

That said, the appeals are very good, logical and orderly ones, even if they don't quite overcome Philippe's kneejerk need for self-preservation. We'll give this a 18 out of 30 difficulty.
