Totally, if you want to. The Shapers work through empathic ability, not a genuine need to sleep. Servants may find themselves feeling sleepy, which might be a red flag for them, but it's all Shaper influence, not genuine need of sleep or dreaming.

Or your servant could be completely immune, because of... mana levels, or their stats, or something (Fate/ ????), if you want. Choose your own adventure.
