Hello Agoge! I'm CB and I'm bringing with me this alcoholic, chain smoking, magic using piece of shit John Constantine! (the dctv live action version) He's a mage and supernatural detective by trade, even though his business card is a little more colorful about it. He's pretty aggressively forward with people so if your character doesn't approach him, he may approach them first by just... invading their personal space and getting really nosy. Sorry about that. Personality wise he's pretty cynical and jaded and angry while at the same time a huge flirt who is quick with a joke or smart remark. I have him at the final Gallipoli log/TDM if anyone wants to do a thing or continue a thing there, otherwise he'll be at BASE later, rooming with Thor oh my god.

YES!!! I want all of this! Haha John is really weird about how he opens up to people. He'll be all superficial with jokes and brushing things off with sarcasm and then completely out of nowhere just drop something really heavy into the conversation. So their singalong might get abruptly interrupted with "so anyway, about my dad..." ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But he has a really good singing voice if that makes up for the awkwardness at all???

John, you Debbie Downer! That's okay though, because they both have shit parent(s) except Dorian's shit parents are shit parents in a different way. He'll be able to relate even while John is killing his buzz and then he'll have to drink more wine to get it back.

Well then John will be in good company, their singing may be ridiculous, but at least they will sound good doing it.

WELL it's typically either that or avoid entirely. John's not... great at dealing with his shit. IDK if you are canon familiar at all but the last person he opened up to he ended up turning around and having sex with because it got too real and he's always going to go for the unhealthy coping mechanisms. BUT I PROMISE I won't kill a good thread or anything.

oh my gosh that is so good!!! they will be the best drunk duo BASE has ever seen! Got one right back for ya! The vid starts with some kinda speak singing but segues into singing-singing. John canonically was the singer for an embarrassing punk band back in his younger days so boy that would be another great thing for them to talk about, even if it would be mortifying for him.

Neither is Dorian, honestly, especially when he was younger. He dealt with all of his problems by drinking and visiting brothels, because he has priorities, you see. He's only just started becoming responsible, but he still drinks as a coping mechanism. I am somewhat familiar with Hellblazer, the comics, but TV verse Constantine seems much closer to the comic book version (more so than that hack of a movie whyyyyy). So yeah, I'm getting major vibes and go ahead and drama it up, Dorian can take it.

Ramon Tikaram doesn't get enough exposure, I think most people are familiar with his brief appearance on Game of Thrones. Matt Ryan's damn smooth. But John's Punk Rock experience will give them a leg up when they take the Base by drunken storm, no need to be mortified until you're sober.

I've been reading Hellblazer since high school, so seeing John on the test drive was everything to me. :> I'm super excited to play against him, especially since Chiron here is a summoned version of the mythological centaur one and blah blah mage nonsense that I can't wait for John's take on.

Ugh, Hellblazer is so good! I'm ngl, I haven't read every issue out there that John's ever been in, but I've read a lot and to me Matt Ryan's Constantine is very much in the spirit of the original Vertigo run. haha this is such nerd jargon omg

Chiron's pretty used to that. And mages in Fate/ are generally massive assholes, so they're pretty ripe for opinions and hot takes.
