Hi all, I'm Rachel, yet another newbie coming to join the game. I'm bringing in Jeyne Westerling from that somewhat sorta known series "A Song of Ice and Fire". For those that haven't read the books, she's the widow of Robb Stark and the daughter of Lannister Bannerman, Gawen Westerling. She's coming in at the end of her story (until the Winds of Winter comes out, but we know that's never happening). She's going into seclusion for two years and then to be forced into a marriage with some random Lannister, it's unclear who. So, you can see why fighting for COST is much more preferable than remaining in Westeros, even if she is a squishy mortal.

I'm really excited to be in the game. Historical fiction is one of my interests and I've been eager to join since the game started. I'd really love to start building CR. I have Jeyne on the test drive here. If you want to start plotting now (or whenever), you can add me on plurk:

i used to be super deep into asoiaf before the show came out when it was book only fandom wrote reams of meta on the female characters and their treatment and shit so im super happy to see jeyne hear, your app made me so happy

anyway im pel i play midnighter here and an npc. im super looking forward to what you do in the game with jeyne, especially since your app was so focused on her finding her own two feet and making decisions for herself, i love that shit. also the pb you chose is aces

That's really exciting (and intimidating) to hear! I could go on forever about how much I love Jeyne and a lot of the other characters of ASOIAF. I really hope the new books come out soon so we can see Jeyne again (since she'll be in the prologue). I'm so glad you're excited to have her around.

It's definitely my jam too and I love pushing Jeyne out of her comfort zone. The best part is that her first mission is WWI. How could that go wrong? And thanks! The pb isn't well known, she's in a Turkish drama. So all the icons are made by me.

Because he's show continuity (essentially, using whatever from the books that doesn't conflict with the show, but favoring the show where they do conflict), Jeyne will initially be a little confusing for him, because as far as he knows, Robb was married to a foreign woman named Talisa. The good news is that Sarge and Grothia have both exposed him to the concept of multiple timelines, so he should be able to figure something out pretty quickly.

I'll have a network post up in a couple of days that will probably be relevant to Jeyne's interests.

It's going to cause a bit of confusion for them, no question. She's heard of Jon, but I don't think she ever really thought she met him. Hearing that Robb married some woman named Talisa will confuse her and probably raise just a tiche of jealousy. I love the prospect and the potential angst that can come from it. At least he can figure things out quickly.

I'm so stoked for these two to meet and see how well they get along. She's going to struggle to make it on her own, but having her goodbrother around will definitely be a bonus.

Hello! I've been meaning to play Fate for awhile, I love so many of the characters. Sadly, Jeyne isn't in the show but was replaced by a made up character (my one gripe with the show). She and Dany aren't related (yet). She's Jon's sister in law though, she's related to him through her marriage to Robb.

It will be amusing for her to see Achilles pursue Dany. I'm going to have to stalk these threads.
