Hi friends! I approached the mods about a new player plot that would address the big elephant in the room: Kebechet! They gave their blessings, so I figured it would be best to get everyone on the same page who would be interested in playing a role in this.

Even if you're super swamped right now, I'm sure there's something we could have your character do to help the team. It could be something as simple as intel gathering (need lots of spies, after all).

If you're interested, please leave a comment below so we can get a ballpark idea of how many people want to participate.

Also, be sure to mention whether or not you use discord. I think MOST of us are on it, so I made a discord channel, which might be easier for getting the ball rolling on the plotting side of this. If you don't use it, we can always fill you in on details, get your input, and run it by you for your blessing :)

EDIT (5/28): After talking about it as a group so far, we're going to leave sign-ups open until this Thursday (5/31), and then we're going to begin plotting for the player plot. No worries if you're newly joined and don't have CR with the group, there are vets who know that Kebechet is around and you can definitely use them as an IC reason why your character would help out. Drop a comment and we can finalize the details for that! c:

Hey everyone! I talked about it in my CR meme but I figured I'd post about it here as well, just to get a bit better coverage. Hux, due to some very good luck in his court competition, routed his opponent and has caused some of the Anarean's to be interested in attending a Salon thrown by Hux. Of course, being the smug little bastard he can be, of course he is going to throw one--especially since it's because people want to hear him talk.

I'll be putting up a log for it, and it would be a good spot for people to mingle if they wish away from the competitions, or gain some more spy knowledge, show off yourself to some of the Anareans again without worrying about being called out for a fight, etc.

Hux is also subtly starting to throw his support behind CHCH as oppose to the Queen, so....there is that, as well.

So its a minor thing to do/attend, but I thought I'd throw it out here. I'll have the log up later today.

Rather than create a million different entries, I'm just continuously repurposing and editing this one. Crossposted to the Discord server.

Cheris gathered a bunch of COST's personnel to "subtly" brag and discuss their military exploits, tell stories of their might and prowess, discuss their creations, associated acts, etc. in front of the entertainer-spies that the Great Houses sent to COST's living quarters. It results in all of the remaining Great Houses ( Shaiy, Jankeh and Khah ) sending party invitations to basically everyone. And by "everyone" I mean: "anyone who wants to get involved" as there is no cut-off, and don't worry: you didn't miss out.

Here's the Q&A thread in its entirety.

Should your character want to Haute Couture Brag, get themselves an invitation ( or be someone else's +1 ), you're welcome to use this post to plot, mingle and discuss plans. The parties are a competition for attention and glory among the Great Houses, but if your character wants to Get Shit Done, they're welcome to.

If you haven't already, or if you're just joining in, please make sure you tally up which house you're going to, and what your character's hierarchical rank is! This goes for even the +1s!

Most importantly, out of that long tl;dr comment chain displaying how poor an organizer I actually am, here's the actual information on the parties. There will be a small log thrown up for everyone to thread around in, but go ahead and treat this like a catch-all plotting post.
